In early 2022, there were two hit-and-runs on UMass Amherst campus -- the first one resulting in a student's death. The following event took place a couple weeks later with a student ending up heavily injured.
As a response, Amherst Police Department, UMass Police Department, and the university requests community organizations to submit designs for an educational pamphlet for pedestrian safety.
After receiving the news from my supervisor at Amherst Ambassadors and information provided by APD, I began working on my drafts.

The process went through 3 rounds of revisions with my direct supervisor. The final design can be found below.
A copy was sent to APD and was approved.
The design also reached UMass traffic engineering professor and Massachusetts' traffic safety engineer.
